Beautiful and newly upgraded; safe neighborhood; very comfortable and well equipped non-smoking 2/2 condo - 3 minute walk to beautiful beach with fishing pier, town center, restaurants, shopping & entertainment.
Unit on second storey, one flight of stairs with no elevator, of a well maintained, 2 storey, 8 unit building.
2 king master bedrooms (1 ensuite). Both bedrooms have private balconies.
Sleeps maximum 4 adults, 2 children under 12 years old.
Free Wi-Fi.
All kitchen appliances including dishwasher. Regular trash collection.
Close to everything including Fort Lauderdale Airport, Seaport, Las Olas Blvd., malls & various sporting facilities. Also close to medical facilities.

Jane was great with communication, the condo is very clean and has everything you need plus more. I would recommend it for families, also has enough space for kids.

We had a great stay and it was a wonderful place for our family vacation. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and spacious. We especially appreciated having two bathrooms, which made our stay much more comfortable.The building was quiet, safe, and very well maintained. The location was also convenient, with the beach only about 3-5 minutes away and grocery stores and restaurants just a short walking or driving distance.The only confusing part was that the apartment had two entrance doors, but only one of them could be unlocked. We weren’t sure which door to use when we first arrived, but after that everything went smoothly.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others.
