Sometimes hotel service can feel scripted, but that wasn't the case here. Everyone was naturally friendly and helpful, which made a real difference. The room was spotless, well maintained, and comfortable, and I appreciated the attention given to keeping the hotel in excellent condition.

What I liked most was how easy it was to explore Kastoria from here. The lake and the surrounding streets were easy to reach, so we could enjoy the area without constantly using the car. The hotel was comfortable, and the staff made the experience even more pleasant.

The room was warm, clean and comfortable. The facilities are modern. The staff very helpful. The hotel doesn't have a parking but there is a private one next to it and it's not expensive.
The reason I chose this hotel over the others was the spa services. When I got to hotel the stuff told me I had to inform them about me wanting spa services. And so the service wasn't available.
