Country Style Cottage - relax and enjoy the view. Enjoy the country experience of Graham's Cottage, a delightful studio apartment catering for up to 2 adults. Enjoy Jan's home made shortbread on arrival.
Situated on 'Island Views' property, it is worth the drive up the hill to admire the magnificent view of Tamar Island on arrival at the cottage. Only 10 mins from the Launceston GPO and on the Tamar Valley wine route. Approximately 500 metres to Tamar Island Wetlands Centre, birdwatching and boardwalk to the island. A must for tourists.
Reverse cycle heat pump ensures a comfortable temperature all year round. Macracarpa pine kitchen benches are a stunning feature of the cottage. Bathroom includes both bath and shower.
Less than 15 minutes by car to Launceston GPO, Cataract Gorge and chair-lift, 10 minutes to Grindlewald Swiss Village. Graham's Cottage is ideally situated for visits to local wineries, restaurants, cafes and beaches.

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage and its facilities are well‑maintained and very clean. Janette and Paul are welcoming hosts and lovely to chat with. My husband especially enjoyed the shortbread, and we really appreciated the other thoughtful freebies! The only improvement I'd suggest is strengthening the Wi‑Fi coverage, but overall it was a great experience.

The stay at Graham’s Cottage was the best experience ever. Everything was absolutely perfect, clean and the most comfortable of Cottages I have ever stayed in. Janine along with her husband Paul are the best host’s I have had the pleasure of meeting. I would definitely recommend Graham’s Cottage to any travellers wanting a fantastic place to stay and to put their head down for a while because you will definitely sleep well in a very comfortable bed and environment.All the very best to Janine and Paul, because, if I am back this way, I will definitely be booking Graham’s Cottage for my stay.

Janine and Paul were very sweet and made special mention of our names on the welcome board.Location is close to Launceston city. The interiors look better than the photos available and is very cozy. It was quite misty when looking down from the property as it was uphill which made the sunrise look amazing.Wi-Fi was at times was a bit spotty, but overall an amazing stay. Uber Eats and restaurants are available within a 15-20 min drive.Ideal for a couple and don't forget to try Janine's cookies. They are YUMM!!

Very steep entrance which nearly impossible to walk up or down A terrible odour inside from the septic wafting through the whole time we were there.Very clean and friendly hosts very welcoming. Upon arrival
