How comfortable and warm and snuggly that bed was...had been shifting all afternoon in the rain...it was bliss!!! Room was warm dry and quiet, shower was brilliant, nice and hot. Everything smelled clean too.

The only bugbear was the permanent resident decided to fix his dead car the day I needed to get my stuff off my Ute but that's literally the only complaint.

All the staff are so lovely and accommodating, there was a slight mix up with our room and we were more than taken care of . Such great staff

It was a basic shelter

Basic essentials for cooking were not present in the communal kitchen as suggested, not one pan, or fork in sight! The shower in the ensuite unit we paid extra for lasted a whole two minutes before running cold. The trampoline had a massive rip - quite dangerous for unknowing children, both the pool and spa were full of green bubbling water The washing machine used $8 of our coins as there was a fault with it draining, the man blamed it on the way we were using it
