Then there’s the property with plenty of space, terraces, a stream where you can play with sand and water, a dog play area, a tennis court, and so much more.

The Goldgrube-Rauris is located on the outskirts of the village of Bucheben. Wonderfully quiet, with little traffic, yet offering plenty of opportunities for a wonderful summer vacation or a snowy winter getaway. Hiking, skiing, biking, cross-country skiing, swimming, sledding, horseback riding, winter hikes, excursions, and ski touring.
The Rauris Valley was one of the world’s centers of gold mining in the Middle Ages. Traces of this era can still be found everywhere. The house is built on the spot where the last professional gold panner worked. Today, the house owes its nickname to this activity.
There are 5 different vacation apartments at Goldgrube-Rauris.
3 apartments for 2–4 people: Papaver, Primula, and Alpenrose
Arnica for 6–13 people (110 m²)
An entryway and a living room with an open fireplace for added comfort. Access to the panoramic balcony
Outside, there are several terraces, a swimming pool, and a tennis court that our guests can use for free.
For entertainment, there is free Wi-Fi and cable TV, with a wide selection of German TV channels.
The three double bedrooms, each with a shower and toilet, are equipped with a closet, a desk, a nightstand, and a radio.
In the kitchen, you’ll find a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave.
Additional bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower. Separate toilet.
Stairs inside the apartment lead up to the sleeping area with a double bed and 5 single beds
Balconies facing east, south, and west with a superb view of the Schareck Glacier.
For winter guests, there is a ski locker with a boot dryer. In the summer, you can store strollers and other items here.
There is also a sauna in the house with a large relaxation room featuring showers. The sauna also includes an infrared cabin for those who prefer a cooler temperature. Our panoramic lounge has a rustic, golden hue and is paneled with reclaimed wood. Large families or groups can chat, play games, or play the piano after their daily activities.
For families with young children, we have one or more cribs, high chairs, and a baby bathtub. In winter, we’re happy to provide a few sleds for the children free of charge. In the garden, children can go sledding, build snowmen, or construct an igloo. Since we love kids, in the summer we have a playground with a play tower, a swing, a seesaw, and trampolines.
When your clothes get dirty, you can drop off your laundry.
Inside the house, there’s a sauna with a relaxation room, an infrared cabin, and a sunbed.
Our rustic gold-themed lounge is paneled with reclaimed wood. A large family or group can chat, play games, or play the piano after your daily activities.
Our outdoor area features a lighted tennis court, an outdoor pool—heated by solar energy—with a lawn, a barbecue area with a fireplace, a children’s playground with a swing set, slide, play tower, and trampolines, a soccer field, our own gold mine, and a gold panning area.
You can park your car for free in the hotel’s parking lots.

Wir haben einen 3-Generationen-Urlaub (Familie + Großeltern) in der wirklich ausreichend großen Wohnung Arnika verbracht. Auch wenn das Wetter sehr wechselhaft war, kam niemals das Gefühl auf, sich im Weg zu sein. Die Wohnung bietet mit 3 Schlafzimmern (mit jeweils eigenem Bad) sowie einem, ich nenne es mal Bettenlager im Dachgeschoss für 7 Personen sowie einem wirklich großen Wohn- und Essbereich mit offenem Kamin genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Rundum befindet sich ein eigener Balkon, der mit dem wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge zum Verweilen einlädt. Darüber hinaus sind ein Tennisplatz und ein Pool vorhanden, also alles was man braucht. Über das Rauriser Tal braucht man ohnehin keine Worte verlieren, es ist einfach einmalig. Vielen Dank nochmal an das Ehepaar Wiemans (Vermieter), die durch ihre Herzlichkeit ebenso zum Wohlgefühl beigetragen haben. Ich bin mir sicher, dass wir zwar zum ersten, aber nicht zum letzten mal Urlaub in der Goldgrube gemacht haben. Einfach nur zu empfehlen !!!

Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Woche bei Ihnen. Wir und unsere Hund Lucky haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonderes auch durch eure herzlichen Art und eure super Gasthund Heidi.
Es war unsere erste Winterurlaub, aber es hat uns super toll gefallen. die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und hell. Zu unserem Glück hat es auch noch frisch geschneit. Ich denke wir sehen uns wieder.

Eine schöne, gemütliche Fe-Wohnung, mit viel Platz für 8 Personen inkl Skisachen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Rauris ist zudem ein super Familienskiort!
