We are happy to rent our vacation home to nice people. This bright, welcoming house with a southwest-facing terrace is located on a canal with its own boat dock. The IJsselmeer beach is just 150 meters away. The surrounding area offers attractive recreational opportunities, including biking and inline skating, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, sailing, horseback riding, and tennis; Makkum is also well-suited for jogging and Nordic walking. Our youngest guests will find several beautiful playgrounds with wooden play equipment. The house, with approximately 100 square meters of living space, has 3 bedrooms. The living room and kitchen with dining area feature tile floors and underfloor heating, which is very pleasant during the colder months. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. For our younger guests, there are two high chairs and a travel crib. There are games for all ages, as well as a TV and DVD player. We provide our guests with free Wi-Fi access. If you’d like to get around without a car, you’re welcome to use our two bicycles or our canoe on the water.
Special features: The villa is well-equipped and has underfloor heating, which is especially pleasant in winter after a walk on the beach. The beach is approximately 150 m away. The house is equipped with two bicycles, which you can use to explore the beautiful Frisian countryside. In the summer, you’ll have an expanded recreational program with a two-person canoe and a single-person kayak. The usual check-in day is Saturday, as I handle the final cleaning and key handover in person whenever possible. You are welcome to inquire about alternative arrival dates outside the peak season.

Kanu, Kajak und Fahrräder konnten kostenfrei benutzt werden. Auch ansonsten war alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt.
Frau Hübschmann war vor Ort und hat uns in allem perfekt eingewiesen.
Vielen Dank nochmal das wir eine so schöne Woche in Ihrem Haus verbringen durften.

Wir sind schon mehrfach in den Genuß dieses gepflegten, mit allem
Komfort ausgestatteten Hauses gekommen und werden sicher gerne
wieder darauf zurückkommen, da wir uns hier sehr wohl fühlen.
Das Haus ist gut möbeliert, es fehlt an nichts, um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen.
Dieses Mal waren wir ohne Kinder , dafür aber mit einer Freundin und haben die zur Verfügung stehenden, sehr guten Fahrräder ausgiebig genutzt, um die herrliche Landschaft und die netten kleinen Orte rundherum zu erkunden. An der Rezeption der Anlage konnten wir ein drittes Rad zusätzlich leihen. Die Gebühren hierfür sind nicht zu hoch.
Prospektmaterial zur Anregung ist im Haus reichlich und in verschiedenen Sprachen vorhanden.
In den Ortschaften wie auch in der Anlage trifft man überall auf freundliche Menschen, mit denen man auch mal ein nettes Gespräch führen kann.
Wir haben lange, erholsame Strandspaziergänge gemacht und die unzähligen Surfer dabei beobachtet. Es ist wirklich ein Surfparadies!
Die Tage sind wie im Flug vergangen und wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!
