Very friendly staff, clean facilities, convenient location for shops and transportation. Although the hotel is next to a highway there is plenty of green space nearby.
The kebab van by the petrol station outside my window was blasting music all night on the Friday on the until the early hours of the morning, but this was beyond the hotel's control.

Very clean hotel with easy access to UMD. GM and staff were professional. Plentiful parking.
They need to replace the restaurant that closed.

It was closed to the location we needed (UoM) and it was nice room if it hadn't smelled.
Room smelled like weed, we arrived after 10 PM so we didn't want to start changing room mainly since we arrived after a long drive and we left early the following morning, but it wasn't a non smoking room
