Hi, welcome to the King's House. The University of Applied Sciences is located on a quiet riverbank at the edge of a field. No noise or commotion, even during peak season! On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious, bright living-dining room with an adjacent kitchen, a bathroom with a spacious shower, and a beautiful wooden staircase serving as a room divider. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a guest restroom. Do you love the sun or the shade? You’re sure to find your favorite spot on the terraces surrounding the house! The FH is located right on the Flensburg-Bodensee hiking trail. You can hop on the new guest bicycles right in front of the front door and, for example, B. head to the swimming lake (1.5), the loop (6), or Eckernförde with its Baltic Sea beach (6) on well-developed bike paths. Some golf courses are easily accessible.
Cycling: Schleswig-Holstein is the perfect state for cycling enthusiasts. A well-developed network of bike paths takes you on interesting excursions.
Hiking: The Flensburg-Bodensee long-distance hiking trail passes through Kochendorf.

Eine sehr nette Vermieterin; ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus, an dem es an nichts fehlt und das mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Besonders auch der Empfang mit einem frischen, selbst gebackenen Rhabarberkuchen.

Das Häuschen war perfekt für 3 Personen und unseren Hund. Es ist in echt noch viel schöner, als auf den Bildern und ausgestattet mit allem, was man brauchen könnte. Der Garten ist ein Traum und in der Umgebung kann man wunderbar spazieren gehen. Frau König ist eine herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und wir können die Unterkunft wriklich empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft hält alles was die Anzeige verspricht. Ideal zum Entspannen, es sind aber auch viele interessante Ausflugsziele in der Nähe, so dass keine Langeweile aufkommt.
Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt nochmal.

Wir wurden mit gedeckter Kaffeetafel und leckeren Kuchen empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Fahrräder sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Ort bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für die Sehenswürdigkeiten in Kiel, Schleswig, Kappeln, Flensburg und die Ostseeküste. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
