Location was perfect. Three minute walk to train station ! Plus, there were some lovely restaurants nearby.
A place to relax as a family would have been nice. The tables outside were fine, but it was windy- typhoon!

We loved the overall aesthetic of the hotel and its convenient location! Our room was lovely and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The complimentary snacks, sweets, and drinks from the restaurant were such a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more special.
The location was another big plus! With the MRT, bus stops, shops, and restaurants all within easy reach, getting around and exploring Taipei was incredibly convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay!
While the staff were helpful, we felt their interactions could have been a little warmer and friendlier. A smile goes a long way!
One other minor observation was the daily towel replacement. While fresh towels are always appreciated, it would be nice to have the option to reuse them, similar to the hotel’s linen-changing policy. This could help conserve water and resources.
Both are very minor points and did not take away from our otherwise wonderful stay.

If I’m in the area, this is my favorite hotel. The rooms are small, but they are well fitted and the location of the hotel trumps the room size.

Friendly staff, helpful and polite
The lobby smells like poop from the toilets because the restaurant toilets from next door are never closed. We also had a big spot of mold in our shower-ceiling. The bed was super hard, we joked it was like sleeping on a stone. Also, quite noisy (loud from street noise)
