Tolle Loftwohnung, ruhig gelegen mit geschichtlichem Hintergrund. Der Vermieter war hilfreich, da das optionale Parking in Fussdistanz war und über die Fernbedienung, welche zuerst in der Wohnung abgeholt werden muss, nicht auf Anhieb klappte. Der Pool zur Abkühlung war super.
Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit liessen zu wünschen übrig. In der ganzen Wohnung war ein Sammelsurium an Gegenständen und Möbel. Z. T. musste man acht geben, dass einem der Schrank nicht entgegen kommt, da diese nicht an der Wand gesichert waren.
Im unteren Bad konnte z. B. die Schranktüre nicht schliessen. Wie es scheint, war mal im unteren Bad ein Wasserschaden.
Die Küchenausstattung war nicht funktionell, sondern ebenfalls ein Inventar, was schon bessere Tage gesehen hatte. Gläser hatten Fingerabdrücke und trüb und der Schrank wo der Toaster verstaut war, war dreckig.

Amazing appartment in a fully renovated old bodega. Very clean, very spacious, very nice and large private pool, a small supermarket around the corner, ~15min walk to the city center. We booked the parking (private parking garage) which I would highly recommend. Antonio was a perfect host - kudos for having taken care so well of us; extremely responsiveness and always very friendly.
Nothing to complain about, just a few recommendations:
The location would be easier to find with a more detailed description.
The cleaning staff should also check and, if necessary, wash the dishes.

Amazing apartment in a brilliant location. Paid parking is offered but we found street parking easy to find nearby.
Interesting old building and lots of space too.
Pool was great but we were informed that it wasn't available until the end of May. The listing was not clear on this and have recommended that they make this clearer.
