About this apartment rental
The house is located in the Hohe Tauern National Park at an elevation of 1,630 meters in Hochkrimml, Filzstein district. In winter, enjoy the short distances to the ski lift and slopes—without having to drive. In good snow conditions, it’s even possible to ski right from the front door to the slopes.
In summer, you can start your hikes right from the house.
Parking is right in front of the door.
The house consists of two separate apartments.
The ground-floor apartment is equipped to accommodate 4–8 people. For up to 4 guests, 2 bedrooms are available; for 5–8 guests, 3 bedrooms are available. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, a toilet, shower, bathtub, and double sink. The very well-equipped kitchen is separated from the spacious and comfortable living-dining area by a sliding door.

Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Hat alles wie versprochen geklappt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet, auch in der Küche fehlte es an nichts. Der Garten ist im Sommer ein Traum und zusammen mit dem Blick in die Berge super erholsam. Viele Wanderwege starten direkt von der Unterkunft. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen.
