About this apartment rental
The 3 room apartment 60 m2 is just new renovated and part of a 5 apartment house. The flat is made to use for couples or small family with max. 2 kids. We offer one room with a queen size bed and a room divided to a wooden sliding door with a bed sofa for one adult ore two kids. The house is placed in Grindelwald on the sunny hillside and offers a perfect panorama view. Next to the Eiger North face and to the Wetterhorn. Vis-à-vis the Mänlichen and the Kleine Scheidegg. There is a bus station direct in front of the house.
The construction is made in high standard and encloses massif parquet, decorative wooden and stone structural elements. There is a sleeping room with queen size bed 160cm and an additional davenport in the second room which can be separated with sliding doors. Bathroom with bath tube/shower wash. With beautiful terrace 14 m2, laundry on the ground floor and garage for one car in house.
This apartment with natural materials gives a comfortable and cozy ambience and convenient for two persons.

Wonderful base in Grindelwald to explore the Jungfrau region. Amazing views from the balcony. Very comfortable and clean apartment. I would stay there again if/when I'm next in Grindelwald.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was amazing, with incredible views that made our trip even more special. The home was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was especially well appointed, making it easy to prepare meals.Diane and Franz were amazing hosts—friendly, responsive, and welcoming throughout our stay. We loved staying here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. We would happily return!

We had a lot of trouble finding the property and this created such anxiety & frustration for us as we drove up to many incorrect buildings. We searched through all emails & were never sent the actual building number! We called Franz, had to leave a message but luckily he did call us back and gave us the building number we needed. We then were very surprised that the total stairs to be climbed to get to the condo from the parking lot was 41. We were traveling for 27 days so we had to pack heavier than you would for a week vacation. Carrying 5 suitcases up 41 stairs turned into an unexpected hardship and disappointment. The condo is pretty but were upset to find only 2 sets of towels provided for 2 adults for a 7 night stay. We called Franz about this and were told that is all they ever provide. He told us we could wash the towels downstairs in the building washer, but we would need coins and detergent to use it. We were on an amazing trip & did not expect to wash towels while we were here. Franz said he would try to get us more towels & he did. The condo only provides 2 pillows for the bed, it would have been great to have 2 more available.. The condo does not have AC and only 2 screened windows. With all the flies they have there you won’t open the other windows! All these items should be disclosed in the condo details so you know before reserving If this property was going to meet your needs. The condo has a beautiful view from the patio! Nicely furnished, decorated and equipped apartment. The balcony where we had dinner in the evening had an amazing view on Eiger. Bright apartment, we had a very pleasant stay!
