Welcome to your second-floor paradise 523 Regal Beach Club on world-famous Seven Mile Beach! This exceptional beachfront condo offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, manicured gardens, and the sparkling community pool right from your private balcony.
Step inside to an open and inviting living area, filled with natural light and adorned with comfortable tropical furnishings. Relax on the queen sleeper sofa for a movie night on the flat-screen TV, or catch up on emails at the dedicated workspace. The entire space is designed for you to unwind with the mesmerizing ocean as your backdrop.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner. You’ll find all the necessary cookware and dining essentials to enjoy meals together at the dining table.
This condo features two restful bedrooms:
* **Master Bedroom:** A spacious retreat with a king-size bed and high-end bedding for ultimate comfort.
* **Second Bedroom:** A cozy room with two twin beds, perfect for children or friends.
Two clean and convenient bathrooms are stocked with essential toiletries and towels, ensuring a smooth and refreshing start to your day.
For your convenience, the condo also includes:
* Complimentary high-speed internet

Unit #523 at the Regal Beach Club! As our guest, you will have private and exclusive access to the entire condo unit. You are also invited to enjoy the fantastic shared amenities available to all residents and guests, including:

* Direct beach access via a scenic path
* A small fitness center
* A community tennis court
* A shared BBQ grill area for outdoor dining
* Free, unassigned on-site parking

- Travel Insurance Recommended: To protect your vacation investment from unforeseen circumstances, we highly recommend that all guests purchase their own travel or trip cancellation insurance.

This beachfront condo is located in very quiet place with self parking. Very well equipped, and very close to restaurants, bars, shopping. We rented a car to make it easier to get around the island. This was our first time in Grand Cayman and hopefully we'll have another opportunity to return. We had a great stay here, and of course, we highly recommend this property.

We had a lovely stay at this condo and it exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, well stocked with all the items that we needed for cooking and playing. The condo is very well located close to the beach, just a short walk on a side walk and you are on the sand and in the beautiful ocean. Just a very short walk on the beach to Jacks for a causal lunch or dinner. Across the street is Peppers which was great food. * great view of the ocean and very comfortable screened in patio. * The beds were comfortable and Carol has some of the best pillows I’ve seen in a short term rental. A good night sleep on vacation is so valuable. Carol was kind and good to talk with and very helpful when we needed something. We would stay again and have already recommended to friends.

Fit our family of 5 well with one kid on the pull out bed. Beach was in good shape when we were there despite construction next door. Plenty of restaurants and grocery store within a quick walk/drive.

Not what I expected..could use some updates, new couch,new beds, new refrigerator and we thought from the description it had a hot tub on site..it didn’t and that was the main reason we choose the place..wouldn’t stay here again..
