Maybe the best apartment i stayed in Berlin by far. The location was quiet, close to the center, and it was close to a lot of public transport. The inside of the apartment blew our minds. The design, the space, the bed, and the cleanliness was astonishing. The cooking equipment is very very usefull, you have everything you need for cooking. The bathroom is spacious, clean and very useful, especially because of two toilets in the bathroom, separated by an extra door. Even if the apartment is on the groundfloor, directly at the street, the neighbourhood made you feel safe, and it was quiet in every night we stayed, so there was no problem for the location of the apartment. In any case, there are automatic functioning blinds for the windows for your own privacy.
The only thing that posed a problem was the heating. For the end of september, at nights, it gets cold. The heaters were working, but it the last night the heating Gods did not deem us worthy of receiving any. Even if the heaters were working, there wasn't much of a difference being made. The location offers you warm blankets, even extra blankets, so during sleep there was no problem, the fun was when you got out of bed. If there was extra heating on the floor, we did not know about. Considering that we did not spend a lot of time in the apartment, i did not consider this that big of a problem, but still, it is a discomfort.

A little cold for the housing in the winter for the first night if open the conditioning too late. But the host provide enough blanket.
All good. A little too cold in winter , especially for asian. Need to turn on the condition earlier.
