Perfect location. The son and daughter are wonderful, kind and friendly hosts. Mattresses aren't the best but that seems to be the case all over this part of the world. Clean and charming.

This apartment is the best location for the beach and city! AC works great!!!! Easy for drop off right above the apartment with only a few stairs down. Great location and great apartment. Thank you for a great trip to Dubrovnik!

Very clean, nice room. IT'S better than pictures. Host was very kind. Location was perfect.

First the good. The location is excellent with a short walk to the Old Town, restaurants and shopping. The shortest route involves some stairs, but not a real issue. The property was very clean and the beds comfortable. The host met us to get parked and to tour the place.
The bad, the air conditioning in the living area/lower floor did not work at it was 32 degrees +. While the host worked at getting it fixed, it did not work the whole 6 nights we stayed. In a number of discussions they really were not very sympathetic and refused to give us any refund until we involved VRBO. Very frustrating to us. This is the reason for the 3 stars.
