Location; easy access, close to shops, secure building, secure parking.
Spacious rooms.
Comfortable bed.
Adequate kitchen.
Laundry facilities.
Balcony.
Staff as responsive to requests as was possible during a weekend.
Minor repairs needed, toaster (new one supplied immediately!), light globes, chair bolts, leaky washing machine. Just needed someone to tell them and they'll fix them.
Noisy on balcony (but not inside) when planes take off towards NE - wind dependent.

Easy check in, clear instruction, parking garage on the ground floor, close to airport, big living room and bedroom, well equipped suit, a lot of small extra in bathroom and in the kitchen

The apartment was great. Location was great. The place is so nice and very comfortable like my own apartment:). The staff was so friendly , especially Diana, she was a very helpful to me.
All okay. However, It's just a shame that the water is dripping in the bathroom. The faucet needs to be repaired a little bit. It’s just a drop of water that would be a shame to waste.

Convenient location to the airport.
Very uninteresting apartment. No hairdryer, it looks like the cushions that belong to the lounge suite have not been put on. It appears to be the base only. Very low & hard.
