Was fully expecting this to be a 5 star review as the place is lovely. Really spacious, great location for parks, lovely quiet area and fully stocked with all you could need & more and we were staying for 12 nights - perfect! Had a couple of issues on our arrival (netting around pool area was broken & wifi was intermittent) but messaged Rob and was sorted relatively quickly. BUT.... the main reason for booking was the private pool overlooking the beautiful lake, Rob had advised before check-in that there had been a few issues with the pool pump and it was noisy but pool guy had said it was working fine. About a week in to the holiday, we hadn't used it for a couple of days as been in the parks and got back late but woke up and the was green. In hindsight, the days we had been at home, we hadn't heard the pump at all. Messaged Rob with a photo - nothing, messaged again next day and again, no response at all. So during a Florida heatwave, with temperatures nearing 40 and super humid, we couldn't cool down in the pool that was the main reason this place was chosen. Really disappointing considering how responsive and helpful Rob had been at the beginning of the break. And as I said at the start, was expecting to be writing a 5 star review, would still have recommended this to anyone and would stay here again - but the pool issue put a real dampener on the end of our trip and the lack of communication was the reason for the 3 stars
