We had a very pleasant stay.

Very well located and well equipped. Easy access with the keypad entry system. Excellent soaps and toiletries.

For improvments The apartment was quite warm, and it was difficult to regulate the temperature. The same issue applied to the shower, where the water temperature was not easy to adjust. The sleeping arrangements for four people are somewhat limited. The sofa bed is acceptable for young children, but a bit too small for older children, teenagers, or adults.

Great location, frustrating apartment.

The location was good, and a very quiet area. Nearby cafes and shops were handy, and easily walkable to local transport routes including the underground.

We had so many problems while here. One of the beds was broken at the base, and when we lifted the mattress to look underneath, there was damp and mold down there. We also had no hot water for 2 out of the 3 days, and the underfloor heating seemed to be on constantly even though it was warm at the time. The ceilings are all very sloped and the walls are all white, so we all hit our heads a few times.

Nice location

We booked for 4 people, the couch wasn’t ready and there weren’t enough sheets to cover up the couch. It was very uncomfortable. The brought us the stuff next morning but for the first night it was pretty bad. And the apartment is extremely small
