Absolutely everything the room was comfortable as was the bed. The wooden bath with an amazing view. Loved the verandah and the view was the best

Beautiful location away from Sapa main town. Beautiful views off the balcony and lovely having the bath overlook the rice terraces. Staff were awesome and helped us book our trekking with the amazing Lala as our guide. We loved the resident dogs Apple and Pineapple and the gardens were so beautiful and full of butterflies. The property is about a 10 minute drive out of town but the trip is very cheap via grab and I’m very glad we did stay away from the busy town.
The beds were quite firm and the pillows were not very good. Other than that it was perfect.

Chapa Ecolodge was a real jewel in our Vietnam experience!
Amazing views from a boutique establishment, exuding tranquility through rustic, unforced elegance, at an unbelievable price point.
Everything was just right, from the monogrammed ceramics and embroidered bed throws, to the quiet semi rural setting, this Ecolodge just works.

The setting and the views were amazing.The manager Veng was very helpful polite and very likeable. So too was his lady assistant
Room was cozy and quite rustic
Too far out of town ; the road was not in good condition
It was not easy climbing the stairs to get from the road to the lodge and then down to the room ( for oldies)
A lot of building going on round about spoilt the view
Room didn’t have enough plugs ; no safe.
No lounge / sofas to relax in in the main reception area
Breakfast was not great
