Beautiful, spacious and cheerful 5-bedroom, 4 ½ bath home with 3 comfortable levels of living space. Located in a beautiful, quintessential Nantucket neighborhood with brick sidewalks and picket fences. Includes privileges to private tennis courts, clubhouse, swimming pools and playground area. The house has an open floor plan with spacious seating in the living room, dining area, and large newly renovated kitchen with center island. 1st floor also has a separate dining room and private tv room / parlor with books, toys, games and DVDs as well as a Wii video game system. Back doors open out to a new private deck and enclosed outdoor shower, with comfortable seating, BBQ grill and well-maintained backyard complete with shed full of yard games and beach accessories. 2nd floor has 4 bedrooms: 2 king master suites with renovated baths, 1 bedroom with two twins, and 1 bedroom with a twin and bunk beds, and a separate renovated bath. 3rd floor has king master suite and full bath. The house is basically brand new and everything inside and out perfectly maintained. The houses in the neighborhood are close but it was quiet, especially overnight, and the sleeping was great. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated two families of four.Communication with the owner was efficient and easy.The kitchen is well stocked and comfortable for cooking and eating in. The outdoor grill was great for fresh fish, steaks and chicken from the nearby Nantucket Fish & Meat market (strongly recommend). There's a Stop & Shop a short distance away as well. We basically had the neighborhood pool all to ourselves during our visits there. It was nice to jump in the warmer fresh water after swimming in the colder surf at Surfside Beach.There's a bike shop within walking distance (they offer drop off/pick up service) and the neighborhood is right on a main bike path, which was helpful to get to town. Overall, this house was a great value and fit for us and made for a very enjoyable vacation.

Here's your polished review:---We loved every second of our time at Jeremy's home. It was incredibly well maintained, with every possible need taken care of. The home was well stocked, tucked into a quiet neighborhood, with comfortable beds and furniture throughout. The lovely backyard and great grill made for perfect evenings in. We could not love this home more, and we're already planning our return. Great host, immaculate home. I wish I could keep this gem a secret, but everyone deserves the chance to enjoy it.

Amazing stay at Jeremy's beautiful home!!! 10/10! The house was perfect for our large family. It was clean and spacious and had all the amenities we could need. The Naushop pool, playground and tennis court access was an added bonus. Jeremy was very responsive and a pleasure to talk to. We are looking forward to renting this house again in the future!
