The room was spacious and comfortable. Very nice.
Bad management of the hotel. Not a clear pricing, which prices do include taxes and other fees and which not. Also, vey bad rental service of bicycles- again chaotic, renting the bikes without working brakes (extremely dangerous if the horse car cut your way).

We had a wonderful stay at Coco Lemon! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and always willing to help. They made everything easy for us, from arranging transportation to allowing us to enjoy the beautiful pool even after check-out.
The breakfast was delicious, and having it served in our room was a lovely touch. The resort has a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and enjoying Gili Trawangan.
Excellent hospitality and great value for money. We would definitely recommend it!

The complex was very pretty and the rooms were clean with good air conditioning.
There was a problem with the water for one entire afternoon/night (area problem), and they did not offer any solutions. We had to buy ourselves bottles of mineral water.
They offer bike rental for a reasonable price, but the bikes don't have lights and at night it is dangerous going through those streets withot them.
