The view from the hotel is amazing. When the balloons fly it’s a spectacular sight to watch from the terraces. Staff were really helpful
We had a room at the bottom which had almost no daylight. Over the course of the night tiny particles from the ‘cave’ ceiling dropped down onto the bed. Almost felt gritty. Rooms were cleaned every day but this was a pattern that continued throughout our stay.

The Hotel is exceptionally located in Uchisar and has a magical charm to it .
As for the staff they are very welcoming and helpful on all levels !
Special mention to Tuğba who has been my support all thru my stay . She is a beautiful soul and went beyond her duties to make me feel comfortable and she helped me book all my tours which made everything feel seamless and easy . To find such an amazing person made my journey exceptional !
Breakfast was amazing and quite plentiful and room was out of this world !
Nothing really , as I received all the help I needed throughput my stay !

The property is so beautiful. You can see beautiful views of the balloons and the sunset and sunrise is unmatched. I’d love to come here again!

It's a lovely hotel, great ambience, breakfast was a large offering and tasty.
We were offered help by the hotel to arrange transfers which we agreed. I was charged twice once by the aggressive transfer company insisting we give them money and once by the hotel. When I realized the mistake I contacted the hotel who agreed to rectify it but didn't and then didn't respond to my subsequent communication. I would say organize your own transfers I lost money.
