Comfortable and the ladies at check in were very nice.

Convenience of ramp and slips and floating house. Dog that was with the pump out guy! Loved that sweet baby boy. Pool was clean. Although a large bunch of Hispanics stayed and made a mess of the pool area and were loud talking even at night.

The grounds need to be maintained a little bit like the ramp and rock areas with big holes of water.

Canceled, wrongly charged, ruined plans, do not stay here.

We had stayed at this property in a floating cabin last year so wanted to return this year and stay in one of the houses because we liked the location in proximity to plans we had on the islands.

The property was a disaster. Upon pulling up to the property, the landscaping, or lack of, was covering the walkway to get to the stairs. You had to push the leaves away to walk through. We went up the steps and the stools on the front porch were rotted and unusable. Walked in and were greeted with the loud window unit A/C. The ceiling in the living room/kitchen was literally falling in. It was horrible! I would be embarrassed to have someone come into my home if it were in the condition this place was in. Tried the stove and only half of it worked. Opened the kitchen drawers and there were roaches running through them. Went to the office to see if we could be moved but they didn't have another land cottage until the next day and we didn't want to unpack, then repack and unpack again the next day. Also don't know if the other units were any better. The man in the office said it was their only building that survived Hurricane Irma. (That was in 2017...) The view was of a construction site, supplies, and dumpster. They charged my credit card for the full amount on September 3rd and our stay wasn't until the 12th. We canceled the reservation and should have received a refund according to their policy which we have not received as of October 4th. Now we are paying full price plus interest on a place we didn't stay. So basically, the place is a dump run by thieves. They haven't responded to any of my calls or messages. Filed a complaint with Booking.com and haven't gotten anything back from them either. Beware! Additionally, we had events scheduled for our vacation that all had to be cancelled because we had to find a different place to stay on a different island. This was a horrible experience for a returning customer.

Reasonable, plenty of space, clean. Good location

Hotwater in shower was fucked up big time. No other way to describe Control spun around in circles. Either no hot or so hot it burnt. Internet terrible, didnt have signal most of visit. Only 1 tv Windows ac units were so noisy

Location was GREAT!

We were originally in the bungalow ( aqua lodge) ac wasn’t working properly, fridge smelled like shrimp, floor very soft, hot water in shower barely got warm. Don’t take significant other. Only guys trip. Upgraded to land cabin. ( much nicer) however, spotted mildew on baseboards and floor. Shower and sink in bathroom drained really slow.
