Clean, well equipped.
Located in a safe and beautiful community with many food stores and restaurants around.
3 km walking distance from the city center. 600-700 m walking distance from the subway (Metro) stations. Easy commuting to the airport by subway and / or local trains - faster than taxi / uber.
Strong odor of some cleaning substance which we got rid of in 1 - 2 hours, after opening windows and utilizing the kitchen cooking hood.
Absence of a live personnel on site. To reach for help, you need either a SIM card with inexpensive phone calling capabilities, or WhatsApp with the wireless / roaming capabilities if you call them outside the property Wi-Fi. I tested WhatsApp contact on Friday evening, and I got a response within 30 min with constructive and friendly answers to my questions, in English.
After you check-in online, you will get two separate passcodes: for the front door, and for your unit door. Do not mess them up. They will also give you their direct website URL. On their web page, you will find a green round button which connects you directly to their WhatsApp account. Their instructions about the ways to reach them in case of emergency should have been a bit clearer and in English as well.

Fabulous facilities, everything you needed. Clean and comfortable and perfect location for us. So easy to check in and get to. Would stay there again.
It was perfect for two people but not really suitable for four. Lack of storage space for clothes. Ideal for a couple.

Flat ends up being different from the pictures and didnt have a balcony as stated it would.
Positive point fro having free lockers to keep the bag.
