Location, size.
It needed more fine tuning to be better. Kitchen better stocked. Bathroom more modernized.

Location for what I needed due to a quick turnaround on the train overnight, ease of entry, facilities provided.
The price was expensive for what it was, electric wires exposed in the bedroom ceiling, holes in the lounge wall as I'm sure a fire extinguisher was, air vent in the lounge taped over so the apartment was not really adequately ventilated.

I liked that we were able to store our luggage until it was time to catch our train.train. This gave us time to explore the city a little more & to have breakfast.

Comfortable bed. Good location - close to bus station and a 15 minute walk to the river. Heating was on a it was nice and warm. Good communication with hosts.
No wardrobe or coat hangers . No door on bedroom. Nowhere in bathroom to put your toiletries - only the small sink. A shelf or 2 would be handy. Only there one night so no problem .
