The staff makes the difference
They are very friendly
I had some problems with my room
First room the air conditioning was not working at all
They allocated in another room I also have problems with shower drain was clogged
They fixed but the problem persisted
And the boiler inside of the bathroom started leaking like crazy and flooded until the hall ( this one was fixed )
The management should check the rooms if they are all right before checking in the customers

The customer service was good and the staff were friendly . The food was great I enjoyed the meals .
The lack of clarity on beverages put in the fridges as payment was requested even if water bottles bought outside.

Great staff, nice looking hotel, very comfy beds, excellent breakfast.
Wifi not strong enough to watch the TV and it's on the edge of town so its a bit of a building site around and a bit of a schlep to the restaurants and beach.
