opening with code and the app you download was great
The apartment could benefit from more hooks for hanging towels and personal items, especially in the bathrooms. The kitchen door also made it difficult for more than one person to cook comfortably; removing it could make the space much easier to use. The floors could have been cleaner as well.
We also found the noise policy overly strict in practice. We traveled with two toddlers, and when one had a meltdown around 9 p.m., we received a complaint from the “noise assistant,” even though it was before the quiet hours stated in the apartment rules. It was also unclear how they determined that the noise came from our apartment rather than from the street. We understand the importance of respecting neighbors, but the response felt disproportionate to a child having a difficult moment.

De locatie was goed
Het appartement was wat afgeleefd, mengkraan van 1 douche werkte niet

Location, very spacious, AC, Host response,
We counted on having the convenience of two showers but only one was working properly.
We reported the issue and the host responded promptly. However, the issue was not resolved during our stay

The location was enjoyable and close to the metro. The apartment is spacious and had a fantastic patio to enjoy in the mornings and evenings. AC was reliable and bathrooms were recently updated.
We made a booking for 6 nights. When we arrived we noted that the dining table was missing, we presumed broken. We enquired and were told there would be another coming soon. No table arrived during our stay. The apartment is quite old fashioned with many awkward doors. The beds were all singles pushed together if a double was needed. Pillows are very flat and uncomfortable and each bed had only one. The kitchen was under stocked without enough plates and glasses for the six people that the apartment is allocated for. Overall, we were quite disappointed with this apartment. Especially in regard to the dining table.

"Location and apt size
The returning of key was a little annoying as surely theres a better way of managing the check out without making guests go out of their way"
