8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
I loved the peace & quiet & at 1st I was disapointed that there was no phone signal or WIFI but it didn't matter in the end. My 2 dogs loved it too. The hosts GILL & GORDAN WERE LOVELY.
IT WASN'T VERY CLEAN BUT I CLEANED WHAT I NEEDED BUT IT WOULD BENEFIT FROM A DEEP CLEAN EVERY NOW & THEN ESPECIALLY WITH THE STOVE. THE ONLY OTHER THING WAS THAT I AM UNABLE TO USE A BATH DUE TO A SPINE PROBLEM SO, A SHOWER MAY BE A WELCOME ADDITION.

Quiet and peacefull surroundings. Friendly owners.
Lack of shower
5 / 10·Feb 2019
Hosts were friendly. The rural location had excellent views and easy access to market town.
The cottage is in need of refurbishment. The bathroom is very dated and has no shower. The heating is inadequate for the time of year and it was very cold in the rooms.
