Amazing hosts! Easy check in when we were early and super close to all transport

Location is fantastic and family friendly

It is noisey at night but that is just the location. Nothing wrong with the apartment and just need to factor that in being so central to the city

10 / 10

Great service and answered phone when needed

Great value and price, Thai food down stairs was great authentic. Park convenient for fresh air walks. All round good

I liked it completely

I want a refund, it was awful. Photo below is the broken sofa bed

Location

Sofa beds in the living room were atrocious. Double bed sofa bed was broken, my husband sat on it and it folded in the middle! The single bed sofa bed looked like it should have been thrown away years ago. Linen all looked old and dirty. Disgusting. The pillows on all beds were outdated (time stamp) and therefore unsafe and did not meet safety standards. There was dust everywhere in the apartment. The toilet seat was broken. I could keep going! Honestly terrible! I would like a refund.

The location was brilliant, staff on reception were nice and friendly.

Cockroach in the bathroom and in the cupboard, didn’t feel the most clean.
