This neat little hotel is nicely located opposite the main park, only a few minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the old town. At night the area is relatively quiet. The rooms are clean and modern and the staff are the best; all the receptionists were friendly and helpful and a pleasure to meet.

The room was cleaned daily, and the location was great.
A variety of breakfast options, plus freshly baked waffles and muffins instead of ready-made ones, would be nice.

Location is great - university area, good restaurants and small shops. Walking distance to the old city and Europa Piazza.
Personal taste - I like harder matresses. A bit on the soft side. Rooms and beds are also small (my family's average height is 1.85 meters)
