Simply magical. Worth every penny!

EVERYTHING!

Lack of alcohol. They should have wine and beer at least!

It’s a hotel run by unprofessional people, don’t go

Buffett dinner was the best thing

It’s a money grab hotel. Hotel stuff are extremely unprofessional and there just to get more money from you. Incident 1: before coming, we got a message, 3 hours Jeep tour is 60 JOD. After going there, Mohammad informed us, it is not 3 hours but 2 hours and will not cover much. We should do more expensive one Incident 2: the guy in the reception in stead of informing us about our room, trying to sale other experience Incident 3: the same receptionist, rented us a mars suit for 20 JOD and after an hour when we are taking photo came to us and told us to return it as he rented the suit to someone else Incident 4: there is a place where a singer was singing and we went there after Buffett dinner. We thought this is included as other hotels includes this type of experience. One guy came to us and told us to leave if we don’t order anything Incident 5: our hot water was not working and I was calling their WhatsApp number for an hour without any response. Later found it, the reception number is different, but the receptionist never cared to inform us this There are multiple other things like Zeep tour guide was rushing us to finish within 5 hours but they mentioned it is 5-6 hours. There are multiple other incidents. It was a horrible experience for us. Now I am seeing other reviews and people has faced bad service from staff and management has done anything about it. So I am guessing they don’t care about this

Really nice!

- We just loved the environment! We had a glass iglo and the views at night were stunning. We were located at the outer corner of the complex, and we had dromedaris walking right up to our iglo (it was amazing!) - The dinner was sooo good. Food tasted excellent.

- The smoking indoors in the restaurant (but it's allowed all over Jordan, so something we're not used to)
