Perfect staying

Kitchen is well equipped with microwave oven and hooks and stoves. It’s easy to make simple meals.

Around the property there is no big supermarket nearby.

Worst experience ever and flea bites

Location and elevator

Staying at this place was one of the worst experiences I've had through Booking.com. When we arrived at the hotel (around 7 p.m., when check-in was at 2:30 pm.), the room hadn't been cleaned since the previous guests left. Unmade beds, trash, and their towels were thrown away in the floor. We called the owner, but he didn't provide much help. We had to book another place at the last minute (plus I was with two elderly people, one with health issues), and all the owner did was refund our money for that night. No other details or compensation for such a huge mistake. The next day, when we arrived and it was supposed to be "cleaned," they hadn't made the sofa bed for two people, and the towels had a damp smell. The two of us who slept on the sofa bed ended up with flea bites, too.

I felt like a local in a Lisbon. Thank you

Very nice apartment with lots of space. The windows were a nice touch I felt like a local

Not enough toilet paper and soap or coffee pods. I had to go to supermarket to buy. Also the AC vent kept falling off making the room hot. Just tape it up so it doesn’t keep falling off lol

The location and flexibility of the host. communication with the host was also easy.

Part of the bedlinen was not clean and was smelling bad, clearly used by previous guests. We were also waken up at 6am with the next guests banging on the door wanting to enter the apartment - although our check out time was 11:30.
