We loved Riccardo, very helpful and always available! The views of the lake and mountains were incredible. The wellness area was very cute and relaxing as well as the pool area. Also fresh deliveries from the bakery every morning was amazing!

I don’t think I realised HOW self catering this was going to be, the room was very bare bones. My friends room had no plug socket in the room and I think for the price I was expecting a little more. Even in a travel lodge in the uk (a very cheap hotel chain) you’re given teas, coffees and biscuits! We had to buy everything ourselves, take out our own bins and change our own towels. Maybe I got confused when booking. Overall it was lovely but make sure when you turn up you have already done a food shop! I’ll include a picture of the coffee machine in the room to help 🙂

Wirkt dann wesentlich wohnlicher.
