The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Great view of the gardens and river. The location was within walking distance of a great museum, the cathedral, and our restaurant.
We had to keep our windows closed all night because it overlooked a side street where people parked and chatted well past midnight.

A lovely quiet modern hotel in a historic area of the city. By the riverside with nearby pottery, gallery, restaurants and bars. An easy 20 minute nice walk along the riverside to the main city sites. Good on site parking. Friendly and efficient staff. Interesting artwork in the hotel.
Nothing all was good.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. There is an attached smart restaurant but the walk into the town centre is simple along the river. The room was very comfortable and quiet and the hotel parking was very useful
