Great stay in the centre of london with easy access to Paddington Station. The room was modern, well equiped and spotless.
We had to wait to check in at the opposite hotel that they own. The staff werte really friendly and welcoming.
There is no lift and we were on the top floor. There are two flights of stairs for each floor so we were exhausted by the time we got to the room. This is the only thing that would stop us staying again. If you are carrying luggage such as suitcases then avoid this hotel.

Air con in room not working. Hotel maintenance came to room, said he'd fixed it however still not working. Reported this to reception. Had an awful night due to lack of air con.
