Whilst looking around for the entrance to the lobby of Magazine Vista Hotel, we chanced upon a staff member - Rakesh (from Citadines) who kindly approached us and even assisted to show us to the lobby of the hotel even though he is going on a break.
Rakesh's initiative and helpfulness deserves a commendation.
We would also like to thank the check-in staff - who assisted us over the phone and provided kind support during the check-in process.
A special thank you to a friendly staff member in the dining area - Mohamad who kindly informed us on the procedures for the morning buffet breakfast.
There is not enough signage to indicate the location of the hotel lobby.
Our hotel room is around 120m walk from the lobby, and without a simple map to the lobby, it's difficult to navigate to the lobby.
No hanging rack to dry up clothes.
An awkward encounter with the breakfast egg station staff on my second day breakfast. Who showed unwillingness in performing his duty after I said to him "Mata Kerbau". Later find out he is a Malaysian Chinese. Some kind of an emotion feedback you get when you speck English to a Metro staff in Paris at first sight.

Great location, well appointed. Friendly staff - special mention to Mohamad Thilina Madha for the breakfast hospitality.
Close proximity to a main road. Some traffic noise throughout the night.

Comfortable for small group of 5
No lift, and no information was given during booking. 1 guest has a knee problem so kind of pity for as she has to climb the staircase.
No hairdryer.
