The staff were absolutely wonderful, incredibly warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The onsens were such a lovely experience, and all the facilities were beautifully maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotless.
Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. You could really see the thought, care and effort that went into preparing every meal, which made the experience even more special.
Overall, a truly memorable stay with exceptional hospitality!
