Location is stunning, views of the sea from the beautiful pool area and most of the grounds. Very peaceful stay.
Breakfast was very good, self service and freshly cooked was offered.
Fan in bathroom was not working so a little stale water smell when we first arrived, but leaving the bathroom door open soon remedied the situation.

The location is top tier, wonderful panorama and great property
The host wasn't very friendly, just as an example I asked for prosciutto for breakfast and she told me she had it but wouldn't give it to me as it was salame day (weird choice to only have one choice up to the host for breakfast in a farmhouse). There was a wedding, which we weren't advised of beforehand, and the rooms could be cleaner.
