Very efficient, clean. Staff were super responsive to my requests. I loved that it was close to the airport and that I could call a shuttle with a link that was furnished shortly before my stay. The bed was super comfy.
Whoever was upstairs was running around (kids? yetis?), and it was VERY noticeable, coming right thru the ceiling, so there wasn't a ton of sound insulation from above.

Water bottle, Cola and some snacks are free. Shuttle bus came soon after request by Web only.

Lovely clean room staff very friendly.
Drain blocked in the bathroom, only two towels for 4 people, very limited coffee and tea making facilities, two disposable cups for four people.
