Breakfast was great. Staff are very friendly, from front desk to housekeeping. The hotel is very clean, too.
It's not that I didn't like the hotel and don't take this as a negative feedback. It's just that i was charged 30 dollars more than I expected when I checked my credit card account. I didn't notice when I paid at check out so it's kind of my fault too for not paying attention. But can someone please help me to verify why I paid 30 dollars more? Thank you.

Picked this hotel after reading that the beds were comfortable; hubby needs a softer bed. Can confirm, bed was fabulous!
Didn’t have time for the complimentary breakfast, but it honestly looked like the best breakfast I’ve seen offered at a hotel.
Only thing I would change would be the placement of the shower head, or the way in which the shower door opens. You had to get all the way into the shower, close the door and then turn on the shower behind the glass door. Bbbrrrrr!

The complimentary hot breakfast was ok. Not great, but not terrible either. The mini waffles were made fresh by the chef, but the scrambled eggs ( if you can call it that) were watery and tasted not good.
The hallway carpet to our room was disgusting. Stains, not clean at all. Rooms were a little better.
