Newer home on Steinhatchee River, approximately 1300 square feet; 3 bedroom, 2 bath; sleeps 6. Master bedroom with queen bed; guest rooms include one double bed in second bedroom and two twin beds in third bedroom. Linens and towels included. Smart TV and High Speed WiFi. Blink security cameras. Children welcome; Pet friendly. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave and wine refrigerator; linens, dishes, cutlery and cooking utensils provided. Full size laundry facilities. Access to boat ramp, dock, pool. 30-40 minute troll to the Gulf of Mexico. Ample parking under home for boat on trailer and 2-3 cars. Driveway available for additional parking. Front and back porches. Lower level deck overlooking the river.

This property lived up to expectations. Its right on the river, pet friendly, very clean and spacious! The host is kind and responsive, also able to work with us to give us a late check out.

The house was everything we could have asked for. Very clean and spacious. The boat ramp made our scalloping trip even easier. We did not want to leave and can’t wait to come back.

The house was on the corner of the subdivision right near the water. The house was clean and washing the boat under the shade of the home was a joy! The small windows without blinds might affect people who sleep past sun rise.
