The service and location were excellent.
We would suggest the room to have more tables for placing things. Further a rope to dry clothes would help

A perfect 5-star beach getaway! The resort was spotless, beautifully maintained, and featured gorgeous beachfront views that took our breath away. Everything promised in the listing was in top working order. The team here is fantastic, especially Monty the manager and the owner, who were both exceptionally warm, attentive, and wonderful hosts. We had an amazing time and would gladly return!

Nice Property bang on the beach and with polite and helpful staff.

Location wise it was good and very near to Beach so we went for morning walk everyday on beach and the staff was polite and helpful.
You can take scooty on rent from them they gave us on decent price.
Also can take Petrol, water, drinks as well.
They guide use too for outings around south goa.
Best part is Bus stand is 300m away from that location.
Major Concern: Room needs maintainance and the window and gates were so damaged that felt unsecured while living our belongings and even in night too.
Minor Concern: Difficult to book taxi/cab from that location to anywhere. You have to walk for 300-400m with your luggage or bags if you're leaving from Hotel.
