The property is in an excellent location in Dobrota, allowing walking to old town kotor. There is parking on site, a shop near by and very available and friendly owner and all facilities that a couple require for a weeks stay. Washing Machine and Dryer, Microwave, WIFI, Lift etc all included. The view of thr bay from the balcony is superb.

We were in apartment 6. Great location with parking available. The flat is modern and has a great view over the bay. Kitchen has everything you need to self-cater. Bed is comfy and the unit has a half bath in addition to the master bath. It's about a 30 minute walk to Old Town Kotor. We enjoyed the workout room which has an elliptical and recumbent bike with a small selection of free weights. Also it has an elevator so if you are stair challenged or have a lot of luggage it is a great thing to have.
The only thing is that the restaurant next door has its kitchen exhaust fan about 30 meters away from the balcony so when the wind is blowing in the right direction, you will smell everything they are cooking.

Location was great, underground garage for a full comfort and the amazing view from the balcony.

Location and private parking is perfect.
There should be coffee capsules ready to use, for couple of use. Pillows need to be renewed, or some more pillow option should be available.
