The hotel was a few minutes' walk away from the main shopping centre, but it wasn't too bad. We loved our morning walks to the city centre. We loved the tatami part of the room. The futon beds weren't too bad, it was a good experience for my children. We liked that they clean the room every day and provide fresh towels and amenities. The Japanese breakfast was good and the onsen bath was lovely.
I just want to say thank you for letting us check in early.

The staff were lovely. The location was great and we enjoyed the traditional Jaoanese room. The Japanese breakfast was fabulous.
It was a pity that the scaffolding outside meant the room was quite dark.

Beautiful place with traditional Japanese interior. They also offer a variety of activities you can try like sake tasting and tea ceremonies.
We stayed in traditional ryokan room and slept on futon beds on the floor. It was surprisingly comfortable. The staff is very polite and helpful.

Our room was part traditional and part western. It had futons to sleep on the floor and a large bed as well, the bathroom was very modern and the whole experience was great.
