The food was incredible, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the location is amazing. Our room was on top of the hill with an amazing view. The walk from the seaside to our room was long but we considered it a good exercise. The staff was extraordinarily friendly, helpful and cheerful.

Landscape and all buildings face to the sea. Some Stuffs are friendly and helpful. Some Food and drink good choices but for wine not really the best choice and we have a good time.
1. The first day we arrived we wait for 1h to check in our room because they are forget us until we go to asked what happened.
2. The cleaning service not really clean still can see some hairs from the previous guests on the shower wall. And I’m not sure if they really do fully room service.
3. It surprising us a inclusive hotel but there is no provide toothbrush as like other normal hotel
4. Cleaning service they don’t replace the new cotton bath, is really annoying that you need to call the reception to ask for a small stuffs and they forgot to give us.
They should work on these matters because sometimes not all the guest who bring all those stuffs during travel.

We loved our 3 night stay at this hotel. We especially enjoyed the food and drink offering. Lots of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely go back it was exceptional value for money.
The room was small, and there wasn't much space for your clothes, but it didn't spoil our enjoyment of the hotel. The sun in October doesn't come around to the hotel until late morning but you just have to stroll along the beach to catch some rays ☀️

We liked the interior design and good selection of bars, the food was also good. The sunsets are also amazing.
The location is quite out of the way and it didnt feel like there was much to do at the hotel. The beach is okay but quite busy and we felt it smelt of sewage particulary at the far end (near the hotel), which made us feel uneasy about swimming. The pools are quite small and we felt like more entertainment was needed. Loud music is played at the Nas pool which wasn’t ideal, especially for the apartments above, it was more of a holiday for young people. Also very hilly and the buggys arn’t there to pick you up when you want them. The hotel is also a maze!
