Location. Large clean rooms. Very clean hotel. Outside seating area as well as multiple paces to sit and hang out in lobby. Bar available part time. Food was good. Pantry to pick up meds, drinks or snacks.
The staff was totally underwhelming. Especially the day time crew. I came down after breakfast was over and asked for a coffee woman at the front desk said it’s around the corner. I stood around the corner for 10 minutes. Went back to the front desk and said is anyone here to make coffee? she’s like oh me and acted irritated while she made me a coffee. We asked to have a room cleaned twice once in the evening once again in the morning same clerk said yes I got it and yet our room was never clean three nights no clean towels no empty trash cans no new cups. It was very disappointing from that perspective. Also, there are many restaurants around the area that had shuttles to the Brewers game and when we checked in, no one bothered to mention that to us nor give us any details about local restaurants and since there’s no on-site restaurant, they didn’t even provide alternatives for delivery.

Great location. Really good free breakfast. High floor king room was spacious and had a decent view.

Close to concert venue.
Bed was hard and pillows were small

Bed was super comfortable. Room was very clean and functional.
We were not happy about paying for parking. We couod have stayed at any number of hotels for less than what our stay ended up costing. We had two motorcycles and had to pay the valet service twice.

"I liked the location, the facilities, enjoyed everything except the fact that the breakfast on Labor Day was horrible. They ran out of everything and that staff was not friendly or nice when you ask ..."
