Polite, attentive, and caring staff at the reception and in the restaurant. A fairly spacious room with a large bed and the necessary set of amenities. We really liked the food for dinner and breakfast.
Instead of a double room with two separate beds, a triple room with one large and one small bed was provided. The bedding and room are not enough clean.

Very impressed with the quality of service. The hotel has clean rooms, a peaceful atmosphere, and excellent food. It is a great choice for both business and family trips. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the stay. The reception team is welcoming and efficient, and the managers are professional and ensure every guest has a comfortable experience. Highly recommended!
Nothing significant to mention. My stay was pleasant, and everything was well managed.

Location was good. Staff courteous.
Propery claims to be 4 star whereas it can not be more than 2 star.
Reached on 29Sep night for 2 nights. Booked Royal Room but it had no WiFi, TV not working, Among toileteries only toothbrush+paste, a small Medimix soap and one smallest sachet of Clinic shampoo. Bed sheet unchanged.
Hotel and kitchen outsourced separately. Hotel caretaker informed that hotel has policy not to provide body wash or conditioner. He denied our complaint about wifi and tv. These were available next day in the evening to us.
Food quality has lot to improve.
They could replenish Tea bags after considerable follow up.
