About this apartment rental
FANTASTIC first floor direct oceanfront efficiency with King Bed and pullout couch to comfortably sleep 4. The views are amazing and you are literally steps away to toes in the sand!! Also steps away to the St Clements outdoor grille and bar right next door. Our home is your home. Enjoy the incredible ocean views and listen to the waves crash upon the shore as you relax on the first floor balcony with a morning cup of Joe or a glass of wine all day! Your kids will enjoy the 43" HDTV w/DVD Player to watch their favorite movies. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cooking utensils for a home cooked meal or enjoy the onsite resort restaurant.

If you want a room close to the beach, this is the place! The condo is nearly an end unit in the building, and walking to the beach is quick and convenient. The views are spectacular, and you can’t beat’em. If you want to go to restaurants, there are plenty nearby. If you want to cook, you can do that easily as well. I brought a crockpot to make chicken tacos for a Fiesta Friday meal, the unit has one in the cupboard so you don’t have to bring yours! I didn’t have any issues during my stay, but if I did. I’m sure Jay and Susan would have been very responsive. They gave me a pre-trip welcome letter that put my mind at ease and really started my trip on the right foot. The only problem I had, was that my trip ended too soon. When I come back to Myrtle Beach, I hope this place is available!

Right on the beach. What more could you ask for? The condo was great and Jay was awesome to communicate with.

For the location, it was worth the money. But as far as the inside of the room, I felt like it could have been at a cheaper price. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom of it. That needed to be replaced. We had to consistently empty out the humidifier(8 times a day). The humidifier had mold on the inside. The sheets were dirty, and the mattress cover needs to be replaced. The toilet seat needs to be replaced because it was broken. The sink faucet wasn't properly installed
