Сподобався район проживання. Якщо вам потрібен місцевий колорит та неповторний вайб вузеньких вулиць з домами, що оздоблені плиткою- вам тут буде найкраще. Район тихий, навколо привітні люди.
Треба полагодити двері на балкон та в спальню- бо трішки просіли під дією клімату, мабуть. Підлога скрипить- тихо пройти вночі у туалет не вийде. В туалеті вікно, яке нічим не закрите, тому людям напроти може бути все видно.

Me gustó la decoración, comodidad, la ubicación respecto a dónde necesitábamos, bonita iluminación y limpio
Que nunca me respondió el dueño, tuve algunas dudas y nunca pudimos localizarlo, queríamos tener una noche más y nunca me respondió. Las almohadas muy incómodas. Y tener más indicaciones respecto a los utensilios del departamento.

есть недостатки о которых уже писали другие, это сломанная балконная дверь, это не критично, но было бы неплохо исправить. не хватает вешалки для верхней одежды
