This bright, recently renovated apartment (renovated in April 2018) is located in a private, very quiet residential complex, at “JARDIN DE FUERTEVENTURA” in Costa Calma, just a few minutes’ walk from the white sandy beach.
The apartment consists of a spacious, modern living and dining area with a dining table for 4 people, a well-equipped open kitchen, and a new sofa bed in the living room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a window. A very special feature of this vacation apartment is that you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea from both the living room and the bedroom during the day and fall asleep to the sound the sea at night. From both areas, you can step out onto the spacious balcony, which features a patio table with 4 chairs and two lounge chairs that invite you to soak up the sun’s rays.
To round out the amenities in this modern apartment, you’ll find free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
The apartment’s location is very central. There’s a German bakery, a typical Spanish tapas bar, and a small supermarket just 200 meters away.
The large “Padilla” discount supermarket is also within walking distance.
If you love strolling along the beach, Costa Calma is the perfect place for you. You can let your mind wander while walking, but you can also enjoy sports like surfing or mountain biking.
Final cleaning: 50 euros, payable upon arrival.
